A smoother week for your bakery. A better experience for your customers.
Socialcarbs is wholesale bakery software that connects standing orders to customer teams, production planning, packing, labels, and QuickBooks invoicing. Spend less of your day holding it all together.
From the usual order to the details that follow.ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW
A FAMILIAR FEELING?
Your bakery grew. The paperwork grew with it.
Another café. Another order change. Another box to work out, label to write, and invoice to update. The way you started isn’t the way you have to keep going.
There’s a better rhythm.
01 — THE DAILY RHYTHMLess repetition. More room to work.
01 / A rhythm you can rely on
Standing orders, already in place.
Croissants on Monday. Sourdough through Saturday. Start with each customer’s regular order, then make room for the exceptions. Your week begins with a plan.
Less rebuilding the same order. More getting on with the day.
Turn the day’s orders into box allocations using your packaging capacities and product-group rules. Keep special orders separate, then generate labels from the packing plan.
Create QuickBooks invoices from your order records, with applicable adjustments for missing or damaged items. Give customers access to their invoice PDFs.
Your working screen, with fictional customer data. Change a quantity to try it. Saves are simulated.
02 — GOOD FOR THEIR BUSINESS, TOO
Their locations. Their team. One clear view.
One glance tells them which location is ready, which needs an order, and when the window closes. Give your wholesale customers the tools to run their side of the relationship.
A view across their locationsOrder activity, upcoming weeks, and location reports.
The right people, in the right placesManagers invite their staff and assign location access.
The answers, without the back-and-forthSpecial orders, photo incident reports, catalog and allergen downloads, and invoice access.
Tools and reports depend on enabled modules and access.
Your customer's working dashboard, with fictional locations and figures. Try Customize to move or hide cards. Changes stay in this preview.
Their team stays in control. Yours gets time back.
03 — BUILT FROM THE WORK
We know where the hours go.
Socialcarbs grew out of running a wholesale bakery. The orders, the boxes, the changes, the invoices. Chaumont Bakery has run its daily production on this software since February 2025 — not a pilot, not a demo account, the real thing. These are its numbers.
INVOICING
Hours minutes.
“Working out box contents by hand, writing on boxes, handling customer feedback, and updating invoices became impossible at our scale.”

Our operator’s estimate of the salary-equivalent value of at least one full-time role saved across these workflows.
Operating figures are counted from Chaumont Bakery's live Socialcarbs account on September 20, 2026 and describe one bakery's results, not a projection of yours. The quote is reported operator experience, wording edited for clarity; the salary-equivalent figure is that operator's estimate, not a guarantee of cash savings.
04 — ROOM TO GROW
And that’s just your wholesale operation.
Start with the rhythm of your week. Connect what you sell, what you make, and what it costs.
01 SELL MORE. RE-ENTER LESS.
Your storefront. Already in the bake.
A customer orders a pastry box online. Its batch products flow into production as a special order, alongside your wholesale work. No second order sheet to rebuild.
Six-packs and assortments become production quantities.
Special-order boxes keep their own reference on labels.
Your brand, online payments, pickup and delivery.
More ways to sell. Less copying between systems.
Batch products use configured production mappings. Made-to-order items stay on the fulfillment list.

02 KNOW WHAT GOES INTO IT.
A great recipe. A clearer margin.
Build recipes from ingredients and reusable sub-recipes. Connect those ingredients to supplier items, then see batch costs, cost per unit, and ingredient margin against your selling price.
Base preparations, sub-recipes, and finished products.
Yields, unit conversions, and ingredient loss allowances.
Supplier invoice costs, with catalog and manual fallbacks.
Less rebuilding cost spreadsheets as prices change.

03 FOR BAKERIES WITH THEIR OWN STORES.
You know what went out. Now see what sold.
Connect Toast POS sales to your production items. Compare what you delivered to your own stores with what those stores sold, by product, location, and period.
Toast API integration for orders, sales, and menu items.
Convert slices and packs into comparable production units.
See gaps and mapping coverage before changing the plan.
Less reconciling spreadsheets. More informed production.
Delivery-to-sales differences are a starting point for investigation, not a physical stock count.

Procurement
Build supplier orders from reusable lists, review purchase requests, and track what was sent. Use order history to inform the next purchase.
Yes. A location manager can oversee their assigned locations, invite their own staff, and give each person access to a subset of those locations. Dashboard and reporting access follows the enabled modules and permissions.
How does packing connect to labels?
Socialcarbs uses configured box capacities and product-group rules to prepare box allocations. Labels are generated from those packing records as PDFs, including thermal and Avery-style layouts. Your team reviews the output and prints it using its normal printer workflow.
Does Socialcarbs work with QuickBooks?
Yes. The QuickBooks integration supports invoice creation from order data, batch processing, and applicable incident adjustments. QuickBooks features are included in the Growth and Scale bundles shown here.
Do online orders reach my production team?
Yes. Paid storefront batch products can create special orders in production. Configured component mappings turn six-packs and assortments into the quantities your bakery makes. Those special orders pack separately with their reference on labels. Made-to-order products are handled through the fulfillment list.
Can I compare production with my own stores’ Toast sales?
Yes. With a configured Toast connection and item mapping, compare deliveries to your internal stores with recorded sales by item and period. Multipliers convert slices and packs to production units. The report also shows mapping coverage, so you can investigate missing data before interpreting a gap as loss.
Do I need every module to get started?
No. Start with the plan that matches your wholesale operation. You can explore additional modules as your needs grow. Check the plan details for included features and ask us about add-on availability.
